AfroTechXcel is a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping African women and girls with the tools to thrive in technology and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to bridge the digital divide and champion gender equity by offering accessible, inclusive, and transformative educational opportunities.
Who We Are
AfroTechXcel is a Nigerian social enterprise closing the gap between access and agency for girls in underserved communities using AI, culturally contextualised education, and health technology built for African realities.
Our flagship programme, AI for Her: CultureCoded, runs inside Secondary Education Board schools across Northern Nigeria Girls progress through three phases ROOT, RISE, and RADIATE moving from identity and digital foundations, to applied AI and coding skills, to building real-world solutions for their communities through culturally contextualized education enabling them to preserve their cultural identity .
We do not import education. We build it here, in our languages, with our stories, for our future.
